Terms of Service

1. What Direct Openings is

A free list of software jobs at product companies, in India and around the world. Every listing comes from the public job board a company publishes on its own careers page, and every Apply button opens the company’s own site.

An account is optional. It only adds extras like saved jobs. You never need one to search or apply.

2. Job listings

• We are not the employer, a recruiter or a placement agency. We don’t take job posts from recruiters, we never charge job seekers for a job, and we play no part in hiring decisions.
• We copy the title, location and link from each company’s feed and check them every 6 hours. A job may still have closed or changed since our last check. The company’s own page is always the final word.
• Role, experience level, country and city are worked out automatically from the listing and can be wrong. Read the full job description on the company’s site before you apply.
• Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify whose job it is. Companies can ask us to remove a listing or logo (see Contact).

3. Your account (optional)

• You sign in with an email link or with Google. Keep access to your email account safe, because anyone who can open the sign-in link can use your account.
• You can delete your account, preferences and saved jobs at any time from your profile page.

4. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• scrape, copy or download the listings or our API in bulk, or use bots that overload the site (we apply rate limits);
• try to break, probe or bypass our security, or interfere with other people’s use;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead or harm others;
• republish our listings as your own job board or product.

5. Paid plans (not offered yet)

Direct Openings is free today. Our Plans page shows paid plans as “coming soon”. If we launch them, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay. Prices will be in Indian rupees (or the currency shown at checkout) and include the taxes stated there. Payments will be handled by a payment partner (for example Razorpay), and we will never see your full card, UPI or bank details. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Our content

The design, code and original writing on this site belong to Skynett Studio. You may link to and share any page.

7. No warranty

We provide Direct Openings “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be complete, error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, including decisions you make based on a listing. If you have paid us, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or change or stop the service. When we make important changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
